We started working Valley roofs because too many homeowners were getting pushed into replacements they didn't need, or left waiting on repairs that were never scheduled. The roofing business here is full of national franchises running local ads and pay-per-lead call centers that never see the actual roof before quoting a price. We wanted to be the opposite of that.

Every technician who climbs onto a roof for us is background checked, and every inspection comes back with photos, not just a verbal opinion. We tell homeowners when a repair genuinely holds instead of defaulting to the bigger, more profitable job. That approach costs us some sales in the short term. It's also why so many of our customers call us again for the next house, or send a neighbor our way.
